As Director Liaison at INSTOPP, Johanita plays a vital supporting role in maintaining strong communication between INSTOPP, HealthMan, and the medical aid schemes. She is passionate about helping others, promoting ethical practice, and contributing to a productive, impactful professional environment.
Johanita has been dedicated to the field of occupational therapy since 2007, with a focus on occupational health and rehabilitation. In 2016, she established her private practice in Mpumalanga, where she provides general adult out-patient assessment and rehabilitation. Her areas of expertise include orthopaedic and hand conditions, cognitive rehabilitation, mental health, and fitness to drive assessments.
She is also actively involved in the occupational health sector, offering a full range of vocational rehabilitation services such as work hardening and Physical and Functional Work Capacity assessments using the RFA test battery.
